Shipping & Payment
Orders ship the day after being placed. Please allow 1 business day for packaging and handling in addition to shipping time. We ship through USPS and UPS both domestically in the U.S. and internationally. Rates are based on your location and the weight of your order. We ship every day, Monday through Friday.
After the package has been scanned and recorded by USPS or UPS, Happy Birthwear is not responsible for lost shipments. In the case that the tracking number shows that a package has been delivered or otherwise delivered, this is the fault of USPS or UPS and not Happy Birthwear. In the case of a lost package, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number. If the package is still missing, please email us at info at happybirthwear dot com. We cannot guarantee reimbursement, but our customers’ satisfaction is very important to us and we will investigate each issue on a case-by-case matter.
