Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund.
All apparel items may be returned within 14 days as long as garments are in their original condition, unused and unwashed. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Gift cards are non-returnable. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please enclose a printed out copy of your email purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Wrong size or color? No problem, we will exchange it for you within 14 days of purchase as long as the garment is in its original condition, unused and unwashed. If for some reason it is damaged or defective, we will certainly exchange it for you and cover any additional shipping costs. Please contact us.
To return or exchange your product, please mail your product to the return address listed on your packing slip. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of damaged or defective products. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
